GENERAL Underworld Inc sells to motorcycle businesses and the general public. Orders can be placed by calling us, 516-342-9031 Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST. You can also fax your order in 7 days a week, 24 hours a day at 516-342-9031. Dealer inquires can be made by calling direct. To qualify for dealer pricing, a dealer application must be on file prior to ordering. SHIPPING If you do not specify shipping method, we will ship UPS Ground. All claims for loss or damage are to be made directly to UPS or the shipping company used. We will assist when necessary. Tracking numbers are available the day after shipping. BACK ORDERS Products temporarily out of stock are automatically shipped when they become available. Back orders over 30 days are verified with the customer before shipping. Please do not order backordered products online unless you are able to wait the allotted time for delivery. PRICES Underworld Inc. reserves the right to change pricing, terms and conditions without notice. PRODUCT CHANGES Underworld Inc. reserves the right to discontinue any product(s) as considered necessary. We also retain the right to make changes in design, construction or specifications of the product(s) we manufacture at any time without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes in product(s) previously sold. REPACKAGING None of Underworld Inc. products are intended for Repackaging and/or sold under any other brand. LIMITED WARRANTY Underworld Inc. will exchange any product that is found to have workmanship defects or fully refund if the product is found to be defective due to manufacture. All Underworld Inc. products sold or manufactured have a one year warranty from date of purchase against all material or workmanship defects to the original purchaser. RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS Exchanges and returns will only be made after the customer contacts Underworld Inc. before returning the product and is issued with a “Return Number”. Products returned for exchange must be in original undamaged condition. If we find upon inspection of returned products for exchange, that the product is either damaged or not in the condition it was sold and is unfit for resale, no exchange will be made. Products returned for refund will be inspected and if we subsequently find that the product is damaged or defective due to improper installation, misuse or altered in any way, we will decline any refund or exchange. LIABILITY Underworld Inc. assumes no responsibility for damages, injuries or death which may result from the use or installation of its products, whether or not properly installed. Underworld Inc. shall have no obligation hereunder in the event the products have been modified by any other person or organization, or where the products become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation or any other misuse or mistreatment of the product. Underworld Inc. shall not assume any responsibility for special, incidental or consequential damages or costs incurred due to failure of the product. Underworld Inc. will also not be held responsible for any injury or death due to improper or illegal motorcycle riding techniques, whether performed on or off road. Underworld Inc. in no way condones unsafe or illegal motorcycle use and recommends you ride your motorcycle in a safe and legal fashion. Our products must be installed by experienced licensed motorcycle technicians. All of our products come with installation and safety instruction sheets. Any product without installation instructions must not be installed. We make no claims as to the fitness of any particular use of our products, as the end use is the responsibility of the customer. Underworld Inc. highly recommends test fitting all products prior to any use or modifications. PRIVACY All personal contact and credit information will be kept confidential and will only be used by Underworld Inc. to contact our customers regarding orders and for the sole purposes of doing business with Underworld Inc. |
